Snip & Sketch is the default Windows 10 application that will replace the Snipping Tool. This application is almost the same as the Snipping Tool. It’s just that there are some features added and a fresher look.

To take a screenshot using Snip & Sketch simply press the Windows key + Shift + S. Then select the method of taking a screenshot according to your wishes. For the Snip & Sketch method, it’s the same as the Snipping Tool, there are Rectangular Snip, Freeform Snip, Window Snip, and Fullscreen Snip methods.

 

Steps to Take Screenshot Using Snip & Sketch

1.Open Snip & Sketch. Can be through Windows search or by pressing the Windows key + Shift + S.

2.Choose the method of taking screenshots.

3.Next drag the cusor to pick up what parts you want to take.

4.Click Snip saved to clipboard that will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.

5.Can be edited first or save directly by clicking Save as (Ctrl + S).

The Snip & Sketch feature can also be accessed via the Screen snip shortcut in the Windows 10 Action Center. Open the Windows 10 Action Center or can directly press the Windows + A button, then select Screen snip.
